Return Policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused + unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. 

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item(s) for defects prior to wash and wear.

*Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.*

Returns with animal hair, smoke or other strong smells or have the appearance of wear/wash will under no circumstances be considered for a refund and Cozys will not incur costs to return the item to the buyer.

WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.

 

We take pride in packaging and shipping your orders with care. We advise not to ever open your packaging with any sharp objects! COZYS cannot offer any returns or exchanges if product is cut during opening packaging.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow our COZYS team an extra 2-3 business days to get your order shipped from our warehouse. Due to shipping delays USPS experiences during this time - your order may take up to 7-10+ business days after it leaves our facility to get into your hands. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work around the clock to get your orders out!

 

COZYS HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Our regular return policy lasts 21 days from date of receipt. During the Holidays - we will be extending our return/exchange policy to January 10th, 2022. The items MUST be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. *Refer to our return policy above for requirements when returning/exchanging.*
We will not be accepting returns/exchanges on SALE items, as they are final sale. Orders placed with our Black Friday/Cyber Monday code will ONLY be eligible for store credit. No refunds will be processed.
